Policy and program actions that cut across economic sectors and goal areas are critical to strategic planning and improvement of the enabling environment. This can include national goal and priority alignment, economy wide pricing mechanisms, public-private and bilateral cooperation platforms, knowledge development and education, exchange programs and capacity building. CCS supports a range of cross cutting activities to enhance sector level actions and elevate the capacities of institutions and jurisdictions to engage with stakeholders and formulate effective new strategies for climate change.
